Proper use of the URBANCHAT requires that each user follow certain rules that are clearly stated in our Terms of Service. At no time will URBANCHAT engage in illegal or questionable practices. If you feel that we, or a member, are in error please let us know at urbanchat@tonevibe.com. 

These Terms of Service may be changed/updated/offered at any time for any reason without notification. It is your responsibility to review the terms of service regularly as to stay up to date with those changes

Terms and Conditions:
By registering and entering URBANCHAT, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

v	You are 14 years of age or older.

v	No image that contain nudity , explicit pornographic actions , or indecency are allowed to be uploaded.

v	You are aware that URBANCHAT may contain explicit language, sexual content, partially monitored member pages and chat rooms.

v	You are uploading pictures of YOURSELF that you have explicit permission to use.  If you upload an image that contains more than one person you must have the permission of each person depicted in the image.

v	No cartoon images or images that lists links to other websites are allowed to be uploaded to your accounts but can be uploaded to your personal homepage.

v	Users must not use robots or any automated tool to create accounts, adding friends, sending messages, post tags, post in the forums or any other function on this site.  Violation of this term will be prosecuted to the fully extent of the law.

v	Users must not use this site to recruit users to another website or service.  Violation of this term will be prosecuted to the fully extent of the law.

v	URBANCHAT can not prescreen members to ensure your safety and therefore URBANCHAT does not support or recommend the meeting in person of any members connected through this site.  

v	URBANCHAT can not guarantee the accuracy of information posted on members' profiles and therefore URBANCHAT can not be held responsible for misrepresentation of members or details posted throughout this site.

v	No negative information whether factual or not about a person or business is allowed to be posted publicly on this site, this includes but not limited to your profile, tagboards, forums and chatrooms.

v	No hateful or intollerant views are to be expressed publicly on this site, this includes but not limited to your profile, tagboards, forums and chatrooms.

v	Moderators in the chatrooms and forums are not employees of URBANCHAT and therefore URBANCHAT can not be held liable for their actions or information that they post.

v	URBANCHAT can not be held responsible for the content or actions of Websites / Businesses / Events that are advertised on URBANCHAT.

v	You are uploading pictures of YOURSELF that you have explicit permission to use.  If you upload an image that contains more than one person you must have the permission of each person depicted in the image. You must also appear in each image you upload.

v	 No cartoon images or images that lists links to other websites are allowed to be uploaded.

v	 No legal names/full names, no phone numbers, and no external contact information are allowed to be publicly displayed on profiles, images uploaded or in your username.

v	The contents of URBANCHAT are copyright and may not be copied or distributed in any form without the express permission of URBANCHAT

v	URBANCHAT may not be used by members to advertise or solicit for goods or services unless explicitly granted permission to do so by the owners of URBANCHAT.

v	You shall treat all users of URBANCHAT with consideration and respect at all times. Violation may result in temporary or permanent ban from URBANCHAT 

v	URBANCHAT is not liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from direct or indirect use of this web site 

v	URBANCHAT reserves the right to modify/delete a user's account at our own discretion 

v	Each member is allowed one account ONLY on URBANCHAT. Members with multiple accounts may, at our discretion, may have all of their accounts deleted 

v	Members found soliciting donations, contributions or sponsorships from other members will be remanded with final consequence of account deletion. 

v	Each member using the chat room must act in a respectable manner.  No excessive fighting, vulgar language, discrimination, abuse will be tolerated.

v	No member is allowed to purposely mislead other members by posing as someone else, distributing or posting someone else's image(s) or by entering false information into their account.  All information entered in the accounts must be true to the best of your knowledge.  

v	No member is allowed to repeatedly send the same or slightly modified messages to the chat room or privately to other members.

v	All attempts to disrupt the service of URBANCHAT or attempts to steal member's private information from the site will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

v	URBANCHAT does not guarantee 100% security of member's personal data stored or personal messages/emails transmitted and is therefore not liable in the situation where a member's privacy becomes compromised.

I have read the Terms of Use and agree to be bound by and comply with all of the provisions within.  Failure to abide by these rules while using URBANCHAT can result in your account being temporarily suspended or deleted or banned from the website without warning.
